01Direction
Claudia had a 5.0★ following in Charlotte and zero web presence: no branding, no site, and no way to offer exclusive content to paying members. Everything ran by hand over WhatsApp.
02Approach
We built the 'Tropical Heat' identity from scratch (ink, coral, sun and magenta with bold editorial type), then a bilingual site with real class footage and integrated booking, plus a private members portal: her clients log in to see the day's routine, and Claudia runs everything from her phone. Paid memberships handled with Stripe.
