One system for the whole practice: a site that explains her method, a portal where patients live their week, and an admin panel she runs from her phone.
Jimena's practice ran by hand over WhatsApp. The weekly plan, the follow-ups and every guide lived in scattered chats. She already had a finished brand manual that had never made it into a digital product, and she needed something that could carry daily follow-up without her spending the day copying messages.
Three pieces in one project. A public site that lays out her method, services, evidence-based myth-busting, downloadable guides and a booking flow that starts with the nutrition history. A patient portal shaped like an app: the week with a single focus, progress measured as muscle, fat and adherence rather than weight alone, a folder organised by bariatric stage, and a moderated community wall. And an admin panel where she builds plans from templates and manages her limited slots, all from her phone. Her JMP identity applied exactly as the manual specifies: mint as the base, coral reserved for calls to action, no gradients.
